Brianna Calderón is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of New York, a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey, and a licensed clinical mental health counselor in New Hampshire. She completed her graduate education in mental health counseling at SUNY Old Westbury in Long Island, NY. Brianna has experience treating children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Her expertise includes OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (tics, excoriation, and trichotillomania), Hoarding disorder, PTSD, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder.
Her approach to treatment is person-centered and integrated depending on the primary concern and need of the client. Brianna uses evidence-based practices such as ERP, Prolonged Exposure, and CBT to assist clients in learning to take better care of themselves.
