Couples Therapy

In group therapy, you can talk through your issues in a safe space with people going through similar problems. By speaking to others, group therapy can create a supportive environment that can help with a range of issues, including anger management and self-esteem concerns.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can occur after experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event. PTSD symptoms can significantly interfere with your quality of life, work, and relationships. The compassionate team at Thriving Center of Psychology can help treat symptoms using various evidence-based approaches so you can feel back in control.

Persistent sadness, anxiety, and low moods that last for a long time may be a symptom of depression.
