Dr. Winter (she/hers pronouns) is a clinical psychologist with a background in treatment, assessment, and research. Dr. Winter provides individual treatment for teens and adults (13 and older) using evidence-based practices such as mindfulness-based CBT; DBT skills; assertive communication and conflict resolution; anger management; skills training for ADHD; self-regulation and energy management for neurodivergent nervous systems. She also utilizes motivational interviewing and interpersonal approaches as necessary and appropriate.
