Kelly Kyriacou, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Kelly attended Iona College, where she earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Prior to that, she attended Siena College, where she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Kelly’s experience working with high-risk patients within a partial hospitalization and residential treatment setting has allowed her to take an empathetic and understanding approach to clients struggling with debilitating issues related to anxiety, depression, body image, and disordered eating.
Kelly typically uses an eclectic approach to target clients’ individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma-specific intervention.
