Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Teni Davoudian, is a licensed clinical psychologist in Portland Oregan who believes in using evidence-based treatment for individuals and couples experiencing psychological distress. Dr. Davoudian relies on what research has identified as the best approach to treat anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and trauma. Her goal is to first help her clients better understand why they are experiencing distress. Once they understand the “why,” they can begin working together on how to move past the challenges clients face and help them move towards living a more fulfilling life.
While Dr. Davoudian treats a wide variety of psychological disorders, she also specializes in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing pre-and post-natal mood and anxiety disorders. Getting pregnant, giving birth, and raising a child are all stressful experiences and depression and anxiety are actually quite common. Her goal is to assist clients in learning how to manage stress and provide clients with emotional support and the right skills to help clients and/or their partners thrive.
