Hi, I’m Dr. Constance J. Rose, a licensed clinical psychologist who supports individuals, couples, and families facing trauma, racial-based stress, anxiety, mood disorders, and relationship challenges. I’m deeply committed to working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, especially those impacted by serious mental illness, intergenerational trauma, intimate partner violence, and acculturation stress.
My approach is integrative and culturally responsive, focusing on healing the whole person. Using a biopsychosocial lens, I tailor therapy with evidence-based treatments like CBT, IPT, ACT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Exposure Therapy to help you build insight, coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University and my Master’s from Teachers College, Columbia University.
