Delilah Coles is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Master of Arts degree in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from John Jay College in NYC. Delilah has 10 years of experience working with diverse populations including young adults, LGBTQ+, and working professionals. Delilah works with people struggling to navigate life transitions as well as various challenges related to anxiety, depression, family conflicts, self-esteem, and lack of motivation.
Delilah’s approach to treatment includes utilizing evidenced-based interventions and genuine care to provide strengths-based, client-centered, outcome-oriented service. Delilah uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy ( SFBT) to support clients as they work through barriers to productivity and wellness while developing productive strategies to change and grow.
