Ebony Woney is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Rochelle in NY. Ebony has 10 years of experience working with diverse populations including young adults, Women’s issues and working professionals. Ebony works with people struggling to navigate life transitions as well as various challenges related to anxiety, depression, family conflicts, self-esteem, and lack of motivation.
Ebony’s approach to treatment includes utilizing evidenced-based interventions and genuine care to provide strength-based, client-centered, outcome-oriented service. Ebony uses a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy ( SFBT) to support clients as they work through barriers to productivity and wellness while developing productive strategies to change and grow.
