Francis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington and practices in the Seattle-Bellevue and greater King County area, working with adults of all ages. A second-career mental health professional with extensive international and intercultural experience, he has dual MA degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addictions Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands and MBA and BS degrees from Cornell University.
An engaged and resourceful clinician, Francis does his utmost to facilitate client collaboration and optimize the potential for meaningful change. His clinical practice is focused on behavioral and emotional issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. With a 30-year corporate career in the Asia Pacific region, he also has a keen interest in client work-related issues and strongly believes that career health and mental health are inseparably linked.
