Gabriella Podolski, Psy.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Gabriella Podolski, is a clinical psychologist who completed her doctoral training at La Salle University, in Philadelphia, PA. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families, in various clinical settings, including outpatient clinics, college counseling centers, community mental health centers, and partial hospitalizations programs.
Dr. Podolski has experience working with individuals across the lifespan, with a wide range of presentations, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Dr. Podolski integrates evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, in order to tailor her therapeutic approach to the individual needs of each client. In taking a warm, empathic, and individualized approach, Dr. Podolski is able to create an environment that fosters growth and understanding. In doing so, she collaboratively works with each client to challenge maladaptive thought and behavioral patterns and work towards living a more present-focused, values-driven life.
