Lauren Eavarone, MS, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Lauren Eavarone, MS, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist. Her systematic approach to therapy successfully helps her patients achieve their goals through her use of short-term, evidence-based treatments.
Lauren believes that long-standing patterns of behavior or deep-rooted perceptions hold people back from achieving a life of conscious fulfillment. She believes that our relationships with the various facets of our lives (professional/educational, hobbies/interests, social/romantic, health, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status, spiritual/religious beliefs, etc.) permit us to form a sense of identity, community and self-worth. She not only specializes in romantic and familial relationships, but also in all relational areas people face on an individual basis. She works with individual clients to provide tools to gain self awareness and rework any relational areas that may be contributing to their presenting concerns
Lauren uses a combination of integrative therapy techniques, including imago relationship therapy and rational emotive behavior therapy, to coach individuals, couples and families on identifying these issues, enabling them to create a happier, more meaningful life.
Lauren is widely recognized as an expert in her field and is cited in many well-known publications and digital platforms, including the Columbia University School of Journalism magazine, Marriage.com, Bravo TV, and Shape Magazine.
