Dr. Tirrell De Gannes, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, children, and their families. He has provided treatment and conducted evaluations for individuals in various clinical settings from schools, to private practices, and to community mental health centers.
Dr. Tirrell De Gannes has a strong drive for working with diverse clients from any background and values not only cultural awareness but meeting the client where they’re at in their personal stage of change. He empowers individuals to enhance their lives through the application of evidence-based therapeutic models as well as relational support.
In order to assist clients in developing into their optimal self, Dr. De Gannes utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Humanistic- Existential techniques. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD), grief/ bereavement, substance use disorders, and interpersonal difficulties.
