Tobiah Twine, LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) is a laid-back, “real,” light-hearted but direct therapist. Tobiah uses he /him pronouns and is a proud graduate of The University of Washington with a Master of Social Work (GO DAWGS). His therapeutic experience primarily comes from working with adolescents and adults. His vast and diverse experience includes partnering with people experiencing and struggling with stress and anxiety, severe trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideations, depression, anger management, motivation, low self-esteem, LGBTQ+ affirming care and family systems. He prides himself with creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
His primary treatment style/modalities includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CPT), and Emotion Family Focused Therapy (EFFT). However, the primary focus is to connect with you to create goals and practical solutions. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage.
