Tricia O’Connor is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has over a decade of clinical experience including residential, community, and private practice settings. Tricia specializes in providing therapy to individuals experiencing adjustment/life transition, depression, anxiety, stress management, religious/spiritual issues, and loss.
She believes a strong therapeutic alliance can provide a safe collaborative space for improving emotional balance and decreasing distress.
Tricia utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) in her work with individuals. She provides a trauma-informed, non-judgmental safe space for seekers of therapy to share their stories while working towards increased wellness, hope, and strength.
She received her Master’s degree in Counseling from Western Seminary Portland, Oregon.
