Are Millennials a generation in crisis? Millennials are aging. The oldest in the generation is now 43, and the youngest is now 28. With age comes wisdom, but it also often leads to regret, nostalgia, and introspective questions about where people are in life. With the generation quickly approaching “middle age,” many are starting to feel these pressures. 

Ghosting has become so common it’s not only impacting romantic relationships, but friendships and workplaces too. Our new report unveils who Millennials and Gen Z are ghosting and why they’re doing it. 

Wedding bells aren’t ringing as much nowadays. According to U.S. Census Bureau statistics, more than 1 in 3 (34%) people 15 years or older have never been married in 2022. That’s up from about 1 in 4 (23%) in 1950. So, we wanted to ask why fewer people are walking down the aisle.

First dates can be filled with missteps. One person may be expecting the date to be short and sweet, while another may be hoping it will go for hours. Others may think they’ll kiss at the end of the night, while some may envision it going a lot further than that!

Dating in 2023 is no easy feat, and many are looking online to find love. There are more than 127 million single people 18 years and older living in America, according to U.S. Census data. That accounts for nearly 40% of the nation’s population, but many feel like they’re the only ones looking for a significant other.
